I’m going to see Dark Knight tonight, so I just thought I would share this new MythTV theme with you. It is 4:3 based unfortunately.

MythTV 0.21 has been released
Yes, I know, this is old news, but here it is for the archives then…
MythTV 0.21 has been released. MythTVNews.com “predicted” a release in february, so it was only off by one week as MythTV 0.21 was released on March 8th.

New widescreen MythTV theme: Metallurgy
This new theme is only available for MythTV trunk (at least version 14933). It is also not available in 4:3 format. It is currently in “unfinished preview” version, but as you can see below, it looks pretty good. It is available in blue, green, red and pink.

New MythTV theme: Glass-wide
Justing Hornsby has released a new MythTV theme for widescreen TVs. It is called Glass-wide and it works with the 0.20.2 release as well as SVN trunk. There is also an OSD included.

New website with themes for MythTV
Justin Hornsby has moved his high quality themes for MythTV to a new website named mythtvthemes.co.uk. On the page you will find all the themes from Justin, such as ProjectGrayhem, Blootube and neon-wide. And you will find links to those other themes deemed worthy.

KnoppMyth R5F27 released
KnoppMyth R5F27 includes MythTV 0.20.2 with support for Schedules Direct guide data.
It now includes kernel 2.6.18.8 and software updates for everything ranging from graphics drivers and libraries to Media players and themes.
New stuff includes Sirius and XM support, project grayhem theme, Bluetooth support and lots of small scripts.

MePo-wide MythTV theme version 0.3.7 released
The widescreen MythTV theme MePo-wide has been updated.
Changes:
Adds clock to the home screen.
Provides support for ticket #2426, which is essentially moving the end of recording prompt to the OSD. This means you’ll be able to rewind if you accidently fast forwarded to the end of the recording.
MythTV themes from Justin Hornsby back online
Maybe you didn’t even notice, but actually all the very nice MythTV themes from Justin Hornsby were removed from his website in the last couple of days.
Trying to access one of the themes, such as BlooTube or ProjectGrayhem, just resulted in a big graphic saying “Deleted”.
