KnoppMyth R5F27 includes MythTV 0.20.2 with support for Schedules Direct guide data.
It now includes kernel 2.6.18.8 and software updates for everything ranging from graphics drivers and libraries to Media players and themes.
New stuff includes Sirius and XM support, project grayhem theme, Bluetooth support and lots of small scripts.

Linux.com has a great, short article about these three MythTV centric distributions. It covers the installation process and compares the running systems.
The short conclusion is that currently MythDora is ahead, but Mythbuntu shows promise and should be checked again when the final 7.10 release becomes available.

The recently released KnoppMyth R5F1 does in fact contain the fixed MythWeather plugin, also known as MythWeather-revamp. It is stated in the changelog:
“Fixed MythWeather.”
And elaborated a little bit in this forum post:
