Using MythTV Perl binding to delete a recording from the command line

Let me clarify the headline a bit… You can easily create a Perl script which will let you delete a recording from the command line. Well isn’t that what rm is for…? … Yes, but this will also delete the entry in the database so that it is gone from the MythTV UI as well.
