MythTV widgets for 0.21

I like widgets. And so do a lot of other people it seems. At least they have become mainstream the last couple of years with widget engines from Google, Yahoo, Apple, Microsoft, etc.

I know of two widgets for MythTV and they have both been updated recently for 0.21 compatibility.

The first one is “Upcoming MythTV Recordings” - a Dashboard widget for MacOS X.

As you can see it will show you the next (10?) recordings which will be made.

The other widget is actually inspired by the first one. It is called “MythStatusScreenlet” and it is a Linux Screenlet.

As you can see, it has a little added functionality in the status information at the bottom.

    Just wanted to let you know that there is no limit on the number of recordings my widget will display, it will let you scroll through them all.
