Actually it is not completely new, but back in December it was decided to resurrect it.

Currently work is getting done on the MythWeb interface for MythRecipe and when that is done, the frontend interface will be implemented using MythUI.

Here is a list of some of functionality MythRecipe will offer:

• Create new recipes by manual entry
• Delete recipes
• View recipes
• Search recipes by:
  • cuisine/category
  • recipe name
  • recipe ingredients
  • prep, cooking, total time
  • nutritional data
  • date modified/date created

any of these criteria can be combined to make a complex search.

• Shopping list, adding and deleting
• Browsing recipes specifying by cuisine, number per page, alpha order
• Import recipes from other sources.
