Howto repair the seektable in MythTV

There is a new page on the mythtv.org wiki describing what you can do to rebuild the seektable of a recording.
When do you need this? Well the symptoms of a corrupt seektable are:
- Being unable to skip forward and backward correctly, and
- Recordings reporting the incorrect length.
So if this happens to you, you can read the wiki entry and fix it.
