This new theme is only available for MythTV trunk (at least version 14933). It is also not available in 4:3 format. It is currently in “unfinished preview” version, but as you can see below, it looks pretty good. It is available in blue, green, red and pink.

On Phoronix they have made a thorough review of Mythbuntu 7.10.
