Mythbuntu 7.10 is released

As expected it was announced today that the first stable version of Mythbuntu has been released. As you may know it is based on Ubuntu 7.10 which was released last week.
The highlight features of this release are:
- Frontend can be run from the live CD
- Complete installations(Backend, Frontend, Backend/Frontend, etc)
- Xfce4 Desktop Environment
- Easily upgrade from Ubuntu Gutsy to Mythbuntu
- Custom Mythbuntu MythTV theme
- GUI setup of LIRC
- Setup MythTV optimizations through Mythbuntu Control Centre
The release notes details the few changes since the release candidate and also has hardware recommendations.
There are also 23 new screenshots available.
