KnoppMyth R5F27 includes MythTV 0.20.2 with support for Schedules Direct guide data.
It now includes kernel 2.6.18.8 and software updates for everything ranging from graphics drivers and libraries to Media players and themes.
New stuff includes Sirius and XM support, project grayhem theme, Bluetooth support and lots of small scripts.

I’ve had a few posts in the past about MythTV on AppleTV. They have all been about a solution where AppleTV is running OS X or whatever the stock AppleTV OS is called.

On the MythTV dev mailing list there is a request for a car sync plugin.
The plugin as specified will not actually have to do the sync, this is done via rsync. Instead the plugin is about managing a list of cars and managing the list of content on each car.

The release statement is here. Mythbuntu is based on Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon which is scheduled for final release on October 18th.
