MythTV Car Sync plugin requested for $1000

On the MythTV dev mailing list there is a request for a car sync plugin.
The plugin as specified will not actually have to do the sync, this is done via rsync. Instead the plugin is about managing a list of cars and managing the list of content on each car.
If you are up for the task it could mean $1000 for you.
